1. General Policy
We provide services that are mostly digital and instant in nature. Hence, once a transaction is
successful, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the cases listed below.

2. Refund Eligibility
A refund will be processed if:
 The amount is debited from your account but the service is not delivered.
 A transaction fails due to a technical error on our platform.
 Any excess payment is made due to system issues.

3. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support at CARE@KGPAY.CO.IN with:
 Transaction ID
 Amount
 Date of transaction
 Reason for refund

4. Processing Time
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment
method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

 Successfully processed recharges, bill payments, or bookings
 Service charges or gateway fees (if applicable)
